Area is a starting point
Cost also depends on the room layout, cuts, laying pattern and access. Two properties with the same area may require different scopes of work.
Separate preparation from installation
List removal, subfloor repairs or levelling, installation and finishing separately. This makes quotes easier to compare.
Compare the same scope
Check what the price includes, who supplies materials and how extra work will be charged. LaFloor currently provides installation services; flooring supply is arranged by the client.
